Important: Due to the current State of Emergency we have made changes to our hours and all background checks will be by appointment only. To make an appointment call (937)378-4435*112 or *104.
State WebChecks only for specific career/volunteer categories and court ordered requirements; contact your employer, volunteer coordinator, or legal advisor for specific information.

National (FBI) WebChecks can only be completed for limited official purposes (ex: licensing, government operations, schools, etc.) but not for private matters such as employment in the private sector, apartment rentals, etc.
Current WebCheck hours are (excluding Holidays):
Monday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Tuesday 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Thursday 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

President’s Day – February 15, 2021
Memorial Day – May 31, 2021
Independence Day – Observed July 5, 2021
Labor Day – September 6, 2021
Veterans’ Day – November 11, 2021
Thanksgiving Day – November 25, 2021
Christmas Eve - Observed December 23, 2021
Christmas – Observed December 24, 2021
All individuals needing a background check MUST bring a photo ID
(ex: Driver's License, State ID card or Passport)

National WebCheck (FBI) - $30.00

*NOTE: BCI&I sends the record check to the address provided by you, but is NO LONGER able to send a duplicate copy to your personal address free of charge. If you require a second copy, you must pay for a second WebCheck.
